One of the things I love about R is the fact that he is always willing to try new foods and restaurants. While we were in BG yesterday we went to "Squeakers Vegetarian Cafe." It was ALL VEGAN. Too cool. I got the Vegan Nachos. They were amazing! You would never have even known they were vegan. It was actually more like a salad! Tortillas, avocado slices, mixed lettuce greens, tomato, soy cheese, soy sour cream, soy meat, and salsa. Mmmmm... R got a hummus and cous cous wrap. I have so much fun trying new places & foods! (I took pics but it said there was an error trying to add them to my page. I'll try to add the pics again soon...)
UPDATE: Finally figured out how to correctly add the photos!
